Property monitoring does not allow owners to take video photos.

You can't just watch the surveillance video of the property. Only when the police or case handlers need it can they check it. Individual owners have no right to extract monitoring video materials for viewing, but they can extract and watch them through the public security department, or take some monitoring screenshots involving related matters under the supervision of the public security department.
