In order to improve the level of urban management, standardize the traffic order of urban road vehicles, and ensure the safety, order and smoothness of urban road traffic, according to the unified arrangements of the municipal party committee and the government, according to the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the Measures for Implementing the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China in Hunan Province, the Regulations on Comprehensive Urban Management of Hunan Province and other relevant laws and regulations, the original traffic is restricted and restricted in combination with the actual situation of urban road traffic in our city. The relevant matters concerning the restriction and prohibition of parking of freight vehicles in urban sections are hereby notified as follows:

1. Restricted part:

Wuyi Road: Wuyi Square to Maojiaping, Zaoshi;

Chengbei Road: from the intersection of Zhenxing Road and Jianshe Road in Shuidongjiang to Zaoshi Railway Station Square;

Jinyang Road: the intersection of Delong Road and Jinyang Road to the intersection of Jinyang Road and Xihu Road;

Baiyun Road: from the intersection of Wu Mei Road and Baiyun Road to the intersection of Baiyun Road and Xihu Road;

Jiang Yan Road and Jinnan Road: the bridge from the front of No.1 Middle School of the city to the front of the thermal power plant;

Detailong Road and Qunying Road: from the intersection of Yingbin Avenue and Detailong Road to the starting point of Nanyuan Road, Harmonious Garden of Qunying Road;

Third, the time limit, don't stop:

4. Types of vehicles that are restricted or prohibited from parking: freight vehicles with a nuclear load of more than 5 tons and special wheeled machinery.

Verb (abbreviation of verb) transportation mode: freight vehicles needed for emergency rescue and disaster relief, municipal construction, sanitation and cleaning, electric power emergency repair, transportation of emergency materials, etc. It shall report to the transportation and urban management department, and the traffic management department of the public security organ shall issue a pass and parking permit and hang a special sign to pass and park at the specified time and section. If other freight vehicles need to pass or stop temporarily on restricted time or no-go sections due to special circumstances, they need to apply to the traffic management department of the public security organ for approval, and can pass or stop only after receiving the temporary pass and stop signs. The traffic administrative department of the public security organ shall punish the freight vehicles that violate the provisions of the notice of traffic restriction and prohibition, and shall be investigated for legal responsibility according to law if they interfere with or resist law enforcement.
