Advocate the integration technology of broadband access network, control network, cable TV network and telephone network. Simplify the wiring system of information transmission channel in residential quarters and improve the cost performance of the system;

Intelligent community should incorporate intelligent system wiring pipe network into the comprehensive pipeline design of residential community, and meet the requirements of overall planning of residential community and building structure for embedded pipelines.

Lightning protection and grounding:

According to different regions and subsystems, the technical requirements of grounding and lightning protection are put forward, the types and positions of electrical grounding and lightning protection are determined, and the introduction scheme of grounding bar is put forward.

System power supply:

The intelligent system of residential quarters should adopt the centralized power supply mode of the central control room, and the home alarm and automatic meter reading system must ensure the normal work within 24 hours of the mains power failure.
