Community classification of community intelligence system

In order to rationally configure the intelligent systems of different types of residential areas with different living objects and different construction standards, residential areas are divided into three types: one-star (symbol★, the same below), two-star (symbol★, the same below) and three-star (symbol★, the same below). According to the actual situation of the community, the basic configuration listed in the standard "Intelligent System Configuration and Technical Requirements of Residential Community" is constructed. Details are as follows:

Security subsystem: residential alarm device, visitor intercom device, peripheral overtaking alarm device, closed-circuit television monitoring device and electronic patrol device;

Management and equipment monitoring subsystem: automatic meter reading device, vehicle access and parking management device, emergency broadcast and background music, property management computer system, equipment monitoring device;

Information network subsystem: In order to realize the above functions, each household shall have at least two pairs of telephone lines, two TV sockets and one high-speed data socket. The system hardware includes network products, wiring system, computer, home intelligent control box, public equipment, measuring instruments and electronic equipment. Advanced, applicable and mature products and technologies should be given priority. Avoid premature elimination of the whole system in a short period of time due to outdated technology. At the same time, we should avoid using hardware products with immature technology;

Hardware products should be compatible to facilitate system product update and maintenance;

Hardware products should be extensible to facilitate system upgrade and expansion. The function of system software is directly related to the level of the whole system. System software includes: computer and network operating system, application software and real-time monitoring software.

System software should have high reliability and security;

The system software should be easy to operate, adopt Chinese graphic interface and adopt multimedia technology, so that the system has the ability to process sound and images. The computer environment should adapt to the quality of different levels of residents and property company personnel;

System software should support the update of hardware products;

The system software should be extensible. According to the different requirements of intelligent system in residential quarters, different integration technologies can be adopted. In the construction of intelligent system in residential quarters, the system integration scheme should be formulated in the planning stage;

Advocate the integration technology of broadband access network, control network, cable TV network and telephone network. Simplify the wiring system of information transmission channel in residential quarters and improve the cost performance of the system;

In the planning stage, various information interfaces and functional modules in the subsystem should be standardized to facilitate the implementation of system integration;

Indoor control technology integrating various functions can be adopted. Gradually develop and adopt wireless transmission technology;

Advocate the "all-in-one card" system in residential quarters, and the intelligent system is networked with other functional departments of society;

Requirements for central control room, wiring pipe network, grounding and lightning protection, and system power supply;

Central control room:

A central control room should be set up in residential areas, and the middle position of residential areas should be given priority. When the living area is large, one or more sub-centers should be set up. The central control room shall be provided with emergency exits that can be directly opened to the outside, and others shall meet the requirements of GB 50 198- 1994 "Technical Specification for Civil Closed Circuit Surveillance TV System Engineering".

Wiring pipe network:

Intelligent community should incorporate intelligent system wiring pipe network into the comprehensive pipeline design of residential community, and meet the requirements of overall planning of residential community and building structure for embedded pipelines.

Lightning protection and grounding:

According to different regions and subsystems, the technical requirements of grounding and lightning protection are put forward, the types and positions of electrical grounding and lightning protection are determined, and the introduction scheme of grounding bar is put forward.

System power supply:

The intelligent system of residential quarters should adopt the centralized power supply mode of the central control room, and the home alarm and automatic meter reading system must ensure the normal work within 24 hours of the mains power failure.
