Property labor dispatch contract

1 Check whether your previous labor contract has expired. If it hasn't expired, it can't be changed without permission.

If the company forces you to leave your job, don't sign your resignation letter, and pay attention to collecting evidence that you worked in the property during this period. You can only apply for arbitration when it becomes a fact that the unit expelled you.

You can claim that the unit should either continue to perform the original contractual obligations or compensate you, and then you can find a new job.
