Peking University Science Park is not a state-owned enterprise.

Peking University Science Park has a registered capital of 500 million yuan and total assets of 2 billion yuan by the end of 2009, which mainly involves many business fields, such as technology enterprise incubation, real estate construction and operation in the park, building property management, star hotel operation and so on.

It has formed a comprehensive enterprise with many entities, such as Peking University Science Park Innovation Center, Peking University Yanyuan Incubator Company, Peking University Pioneer Park Company, Jiangxi Peking University Science Park and Peking University Boya International Hotel.

In the future, under the leadership and support of Peking University and Founder Group, Peking University Science Park will speed up the development, construction and operation of Shangdi New Park, fully serve the needs of Peking University's Industry-University-Research integration, and strive to build a world-class university science park matching Peking University.

On July 2 1 2004, Peking University Overseas Students Pioneer Park held the "Promotion Meeting of Excellent Projects for Overseas Students in Peking University", and Peking University Science Park Co., Ltd. and China Minsheng Bank Head Office signed the Bank-Enterprise Cooperation Agreement to provide venture capital for enterprises in Peking University Science Park and solve the financing problem of small and medium-sized enterprises.
