The reason why the salary of security guards is so low is entirely because the profession of security guards is too comfortable. Even in some communities, the security salary is very low, and some retirees are fully employed.

For example, the security guards in our community are very amiable, because they are about the same age as my own parents. They provide three meals a day, one day off, and the monthly salary is 1800 yuan. So for them, there is not much workload every day, just sitting in their own guard room, and there is no job requirement except patrolling their posts twice a day.

It is precisely because of lax management that wages are so low. On the other hand, if the salary is high, he can't afford it as a property company. Therefore, at such a price, property companies can only recruit such a group of people. As young people, we don't recommend choosing security work. Young people should learn to endure hardships instead of choosing ease.
