Should the property occupied by the property parking space be compensated?

Legal analysis: If you buy a parking space and have a property right certificate, you can charge a certain fee to the person who occupies your parking space, or you can ask the property to inform you not to occupy your parking space. If you rent the parking space from the property, the property can of course rent the parking space to others because you have not paid the parking space management fee. You have no reason to seek property compensation.

Legal basis: The ownership of the parking spaces and garages planned for parking cars in Article 275 of the Civil Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) shall be agreed upon by the parties through sale, gift or lease. Parking spaces that occupy roads or other venues owned by the owner for parking cars shall be owned by the owner.
