3. On-site construction should consciously abide by the operation specifications of construction technology, and it is absolutely forbidden to cut corners. Once found, take it off the shelf immediately.

4. Make detailed disclosure before construction, with one copy for the construction drawing foreman, the customer and the engineering department. Supervise each other in the decoration process, and correct problems in time when found. In the process of project implementation, the company will inspect the construction site from time to time, and report the problems to the engineering department immediately. Those who conceal or lie about the problem will be dealt with resolutely and seriously once they are discovered.

5. Pay attention to the protection of finished and semi-finished products. Don't pile up, pile up or put anything. When necessary, measures such as covering and packaging should be taken to prevent pollution and damage. If there is any damage, the parties concerned shall compensate according to the price and deduct the wages of the day.

6. Keep the sanitary environment of the construction site, do daily cleaning, garbage into the bag. Cooking, laundry and staying at the construction site are prohibited; Go to the place designated by the property, and don't use the customer's sanitary ware and all supplies. Offenders will be severely punished.

7. Smoking, drinking, quarreling and swearing are prohibited on the construction site. In case of violation, a fine of 50-200 yuan will be imposed each time. If visitors, company personnel and customers smoke in the construction site, workers have the obligation to stop it in time. If cigarette butts are found on the construction site, the construction workers present will deduct the wages of the day.

8. Abide by the relevant management regulations of the construction site, especially the safety management regulations of the property and the transformation regulations of the line.

9. Materials should be neatly stacked and reasonably matched. Fake and shoddy materials are strictly prohibited from entering the construction site. Materials uniformly distributed by the company must be used. Materials, tools, garbage and semi-finished products should be stored in different categories, and signs should be placed. If the sign is lost or damaged, get it from the engineering department in time.

10. Pay attention to anti-theft and fire safety. The foreman has the obligation to take good care of the materials purchased by customers. If there is any damage, it should be compensated according to the price. When you get off work, pull down the switch and cut off the power and water to ensure safety.
