What kind of community life will make you feel happy living here?

My ideal happy community should be safe at first. There are no large or strong dogs in the community (if there are, the owner has strict care measures). Good social order, no theft, robbery and other phenomena. The neighborhood has complete facilities, complete sports and fitness facilities, good property services and harmonious neighborhood relations (a thousand dollars can buy a good house, but a million dollars can't buy a good neighbor). Organize some community activities, create a good humanistic environment, exchange feelings, and help each other when there are difficulties. This is my ideal happy community.
