Airport, railway station (first-class and above passenger stations), bus and rail transit interchange stations and other supporting parking lots and temporary parking spots are subject to government pricing.

Outside the main city, hotels, office buildings, shopping malls, restaurants, entertainment venues and other supporting parking lots and professional parking fees are subject to market-adjusted prices.

Other public parking lot service charges are subject to government guidance.

Article 6 Where government pricing is implemented, the charging standards for public parking services shall be formulated and promulgated by the municipal price department.

If the government-guided price is implemented, the guiding price standard for public parking service charges in the main urban area shall be formulated and promulgated by the municipal price department, and the differentiated charging price policy may be implemented in important business districts, and the scope of important business districts shall be determined and promulgated by the local government; The guiding price standard for parking service charges in the main city is formulated and published by the local price department. The specific charging standards shall be determined by the parking lot operators themselves within the government-guided price range.

If the market-adjusted price is implemented, the charging standard for public parking services shall be determined by the parking lot operators themselves.
