Declaration process:

1. The employer where the applicant works submits the organization code, tax registration certificate and full name of the company to the You's online rental management service platform for registration and obtains the company account number.

2. The applicant applies to the employer, fills in the "Lease Application Form" online, and the employer makes an online declaration through the enterprise account of the online service platform of Shiyou Rent Management.

3. The Municipal Housing Management Office takes the lead in accepting and reviewing the qualifications of the applicant, such as academic qualifications, real estate and provident fund deposit, and will inform the employer and the applicant of the audit results.

4. If it meets the conditions of preferential rent after examination, it will be publicized for seven days, and there will be no objection during the publicity period, or if there is any objection but the objection is not established after examination, it will be regarded as qualified.

5. After receiving the notice of passing the examination, the employer and the applicant shall sign the House Lease Contract with the excellent rental management unit within the prescribed time limit, pay a certain amount of deposit and go through the check-in formalities.
