1. Individuals can negotiate with the property management company to terminate the property management contract.

2. The owners decide to terminate the realty service contract according to the following procedures: more than one tenth of the owners or more than one third of the members of the owners' committee submit a written request to the owners' committee, and the owners' committee will organize the owners' meeting or owners' representative meeting. If the owners' committee does not organize the convening of the owners' congress or owners' congress, more than one tenth of the owners or more than one third of the members of the owners' committee may jointly apply to the county real estate management department or the township people's government or the subdistrict office where the property is located, and the department that accepts the application will organize the owners' congress.
