Founder of Rising Sun International Group

Cai Zhiming, a native of Jiedong County, Guangdong Province, is a Hong Kong businessman, mainly engaged in toy industry and real estate investment, and is known as the "toy king".

Cai Zhiming 1969 graduated from technical secondary school and worked as a salesman in a toy factory. 1972 founded Rising Sun Industry, and then continued his studies. He obtained a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in business administration from Newport University in the United Kingdom and the United States respectively, and a doctorate in management from 200 1 Harbin Institute of Technology.

In his early years, Cai Zhiming represented and produced Shi Nuobi toys. 1994, Cai Zhiming acquired an American alloy toy car company and established Rising Sun International Group. In 2005, its total assets exceeded HK$ 8 billion. Cai Zhiming has more than 30 properties, including residential, industrial and commercial buildings, units and hotels. In 2003, it became a shareholder in Bitang (sold), and in 2005, it became a shareholder in Jian Kang International (HKEx #8 138) and entered the medical market. In 2006, my daughter Cai Jiayi became the executive director of Hong Kong Physical Examination (HKEX #0397). Cai Zhiming is a member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and honorary president of the Hong Kong Toy Factory Association.
