Who should bear the cost of land reclamation?

The cost of land reclamation and clearing shall be borne by the developer. Land reclamation and cleaning refers to the thorough cleaning of the inside and outside of the building, rooms and public parts by the developer after the completion acceptance and before the building is delivered to the purchaser, and the professionals hired by the cleaning company carry out this cleaning. This fee includes all aspects of the project, which is not stipulated in the general contract and shall be borne by the employer.
