I don't know what I should do the week before I come here. I won't communicate with you, just clean up all the indoor sanitation of the design institute, help you pour water and tea, and then sit at the desk of Dean xx and wait for her to arrange things for herself. At that time, the design of the second phase of the imperial garden was being drawn in the yard. She patiently explained the basic requirements and specifications of drawing, and asked me to draw the plan and elevation of a two-story property office building. Maybe this is a thorough understanding of what I learned at school. So I painted this picture wholeheartedly. To tell the truth, I used to paint at school, and the speed and quality were relatively acceptable. But at this time, I am still very nervous. My hand holding the pen trembled, and sweat came out on my forehead unconsciously, but I finished it with the fastest speed and gave it to Gong Li. He carefully watched the whole process of my painting and pointed out many shortcomings in the instruction. Then she patiently told me the design process and the design specification requirements of different types of buildings. First of all, it is the understanding of the whole process of architecture. The formation and process of the building are as follows: investor's investment-national examination and approval-design institute's architectural scheme-winning the bid-design institute's architectural design (including building elevation, elevation, section, water and electricity heating design)-examination and approval by the construction department-construction by the construction unit-supervision review-construction completion, handover-decoration by the decoration company-handover. In the whole process, the design part of the building occupies a very important position. Therefore, when designing, every step should be in accordance with the regulations, and every step should be cautious. There is also a process in design: making a plan (which must meet the structural requirements)-carrying out plane design (the structural engineer will make adjustments while designing, and the plane practice should meet the structural requirements. At the same time, structural engineers will carry out structural design, carry out it synchronously, and complete it synchronously)-elevation and section design-water, electricity and heating.

The drawing program used by the design institute is AutoCAD-computer aided design. The program has two-dimensional and three-dimensional drawing functions. I made two-dimensional drawings of the plane, elevation and section of the building. To draw a picture, you must first understand the function, and then be familiar with the usage of each tool inside. Drawing also has steps: axis-wall line-doors and windows-stairs-interior layout-marking. You have to modify it while drawing. Just started to draw some simple house plans, and learned to use shortcut keys to make drawings. There are also some difficulties in the drawing process, such as the intersection of arc and straight line, the closure of graphics and so on. When doing these things, mistakes often occur, which will affect the next operation. In these operations, you need to be careful and patient enough to modify them. She taught me patiently and hand in hand as she spoke. She doesn't have any authority on the shelf, and she doesn't care about college students without practical work experience. In the later days, I entered the working mode, followed Li Shifu to do some small work, and also participated in the design of several small schemes, especially following the field survey in Gong Li before the design, and constantly revised the scheme after consulting the opinions of the builders and residents around the project to be built, and meticulously checked the accuracy of the figures after the design was completed. For a student who just left school, it is the combination of practical operation and book knowledge, which not only exercises my thinking ability, but also cultivates my coordination ability with all sectors of society, and also accumulates rich practical experience to pave the way for the future. More importantly, I saw the professionalism and work style that I should have to do a good job. Their good professional quality is the guiding light for me to go to work in the future. A few days before I came here, I was familiar with Tianzheng CAD, a drawing tool of the design institute. Based on the original CAD, the software adds some practical functions, such as inserting drawing frame, drawing labels, 3D modeling, system generation and so on. Then help the master to change the map, and then copy the map according to the existing drawings. During this time, I haven't really entered their work rhythm, and I always feel very relaxed. What they gave me, no pressure, easy to complete.

I was very excited when I made the design drawing of the imperial garden, because that was the trust of the master, which showed that I could really cooperate with my colleagues to make the construction drawing of water supply and drainage. For me, the work associated with reality is the most meaningful. This lecture by Chief Engineer Liu on project management is comprehensive, concise, direct and objective, and introduces the relevant preparatory work in the early stage of the project, the quality, safety and progress control management in the middle stage of the project, and the acceptance management in the later stage of the project. Through this study, although the process is short, Mr. Liu demonstrates with vivid examples from time to time, which gives me a deeper understanding of the direction of project management. Construction management of engineering projects includes schedule, quality and cost control, which are equally important and should be organically combined.

First, cost control.

Profit rate is an important index for the success of project construction. Profit = revenue-cost. According to this identity, the increase of profit means the increase of income and the decrease of cost. The income of the construction unit after bidding is relatively fixed, and the cost can be controlled in the construction process, so cost control is the key work of construction management of construction projects.

Before the start of project construction, the control target of project construction cost should be formulated. Pay attention to its rationality when determining the goal. Too high a goal can easily lead to waste, and too low a goal can hardly guarantee the quality. If the target cost is reasonable, the actual cost of the project construction should be close to the target cost. There is too much difference, either there is a problem in determining the target cost or there is a problem in the project construction (such as cutting corners or unqualified materials). In the process of project construction, the project manager and all departments should shoulder the responsibility and enjoy the power of cost control. First of all, the schedule should be made on the basis of fully grasping the engineering quantity and working procedure. Secondly, determine the planned construction period. In general, the construction unit will provide the pre-tender estimate time limit for a project when bidding. The construction unit should refer to the construction period and finally determine the planned construction period in combination with the largest and most suitable resources it can obtain. Third, monitor the completion of the progress in real time. The preparation of the progress plan is not shelved, and the construction is not carried out as planned, but the progress plan is monitored in real time. The correct way is to summarize the progress of the project every week, monitor whether it deviates from the plan, find out the reasons, and implement the catch-up plan. On the basis of weekly monitoring, summarize the progress of the project once a month, quarterly or annually. Finally, we should try to shorten the construction period. Once the schedule is determined, the construction should be carried out in strict accordance with the plan. In principle, it is not recommended to rob the construction period. The progress plan is made on the basis of the largest and most suitable resources available to the construction unit, and catching up with the construction period will undoubtedly increase the resources invested. Bidding quotation is formed on the basis of construction cost, and increasing the input of resources will increase the construction cost and reduce the profit.

Third, quality control.

The quality control of project construction should mainly start from three aspects: people, materials and machines. Since any project is completed by people, human control is the most critical work in quality control and the basis of other controls.

The most difficult and basic management in project management is human management. People's control is first of all to choose good people and use good people. People's ability is different at different times and places, but its change should be around a basic point, and everyone is different. When selecting talents, the basic points should be relatively high. Different jobs have different requirements for basic points, so people do their best and use good people. In addition, try to do more with one person, so as to streamline personnel and get twice the result with half the effort. Secondly, we should fully mobilize people's enthusiasm. To put it bluntly, people's initiative means that people can take the initiative to work, find problems and solve problems. Everyone is different: different abilities, different hobbies, different styles, and even the same person may have different performances at different times and places. As you can imagine, it is very difficult to manage these people who are full of differences and complete the same work together. How to mobilize people's initiative in such a collective, such as the recognition and support of employees by enterprises, so that employees have a sense of belonging and make employees do their best to seek benefits for the enterprise. In short, people's control cannot be mechanically copied, and different methods should be adopted for different people.

2. Material control

Material control is the whole process control from the procurement, transportation, storage and use of materials. The purpose of material control is to make the materials used in building engineering as economical and reasonable as possible and reduce the loss.

The procurement of materials should be based on the requirements of the construction contract, and the most economical and reasonable materials should be purchased, that is to say, the purchased materials are neither expensive nor cheap, nor are they of high quality and inferior quality, but they should meet the contract conditions and have low prices. The purchase of materials should adhere to the principle of "shopping around".

3, the control of mechanical use

The use of machinery can effectively improve the production efficiency, and the construction quality is greatly improved and guaranteed compared with manual construction. Mechanized construction should be widely used in the project, which will help speed up the construction progress and ensure the construction quality and safety.

Construction machinery is a one-time investment with long service life, which belongs to the fixed assets investment of larger projects. The key to the management of construction machinery is to evaluate whether to buy, lease or continue to use the original machinery before the construction begins. Evaluation indicators are mainly economic indicators. When evaluating, we should fully consider the economic resources consumed by each scheme during the project duration and choose a more economical scheme.

The construction management of building engineering is a complicated project.
