In the later stage, the winning bidder and the corresponding service center of the winning project will sign the contract by themselves to perform related matters. Second, the qualification requirements
1. The bidder shall be an enterprise legal person registered in People's Republic of China (PRC) and have the ability to bear civil liabilities independently.

4. 7. 9. This project does not accept consortium bidding. After winning the bid, the bidder shall not subcontract the project in any form or for any reason, otherwise, the tenderer has the right to terminate the contract, and all losses arising therefrom shall be borne by the winning bidder.
