I. Work attitude and responsibility

As a security guard, I attach great importance to my thoughts and responsible attitude. As the leaders taught in the past, it is not difficult to do a good job in safety, but to do a good job in safety, we must maintain a strict sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for work!

To this end, I have been actively reflecting on myself, realizing my own shortcomings and actively improving and perfecting the problems in my work. Improve patience, carefulness and responsibility.

Second, the safety work

In my own security work, I have always maintained strict self-management and discipline awareness. Be able to go to work on time every day, and carefully record the shift change and duty. Deal with the problem of size within your own scope.

In my work, I can strictly obey the leadership's command and criticism. Deal with the requirements of leaders and group leaders in a rigorous and timely manner, never complain about the work and never be careless about the tasks.

Secondly, sometimes I have some places where my work is not in place. After leadership criticism, I will seriously reflect on my mistakes, carefully check my corresponding thoughts and daily actions, reflect on the shortcomings in my work, and improve the problems in my work.

During this period of work, I have always kept my reflection and summary on myself, but I have not forgotten my promotion and progress. Through self-study, I also mastered a lot of safety knowledge during the break, and improved myself better.

Third, self-evaluation.

Looking back on my work, although it is not perfect, I have always maintained a warm attitude towards my work, and I can constantly reflect on my experience from problems and learn from my colleagues' work.

But at the same time, I also have some personal shortcomings, which require me to pay more attention and keep in mind the company's regulations and requirements!

Four. working face

At present, we have basically improved Liuxue 86. COm, but there are still many places that can be improved and improved in the work! Such as: through learning, improve their ability of disaster prevention and mitigation, learn how to guide evacuation and some emergency treatment, and so on. Although we don't want these things to happen, it is precisely because of this that we should improve our precautions in this regard and make preparations to be foolproof! As a security guard, I am always proud that I can ensure the safety of the company. In the future, I will continue to uphold this attitude and idea and work hard.
