How to write the compensation agreement between the property and the owner?

Legal analysis: 1, indicating the names and residences of both parties;

2, specify the reasons for compensation;

3, specify the specific amount of compensation;

4. Payment method, time limit, place and method of performance;

5. Clearly stipulate the liability for breach of contract;

6. The date of the agreement has been signed by both parties.

Legal basis: Article 470th of the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC). The contents of the contract shall be agreed by the parties, and generally include the following clauses:

(1) The name and domicile of the party concerned;

(2) Subject matter;

(3) quantity;

(4) quality;

(5) Price or remuneration;

(6) Time limit, place and method of performance;

(7) Liability for breach of contract;

(8) Methods for resolving disputes.

The parties may conclude a contract by referring to the model texts of various contracts.
