Hubei Provincial People's Government Administration has internal organs.

The Provincial People's Government Organs Administration Bureau has 8 internal organs:

(1) office

Responsible for the daily operation of messages, confidential documents, archives and other organs; To undertake information, confidentiality, security, letters and visits, government supervision, government affairs disclosure and news release; To undertake important meetings and foreign affairs reception services held by bureau organs.

(2) personnel department

Responsible for the personnel management, organization establishment, labor and wages of the bureau and its subordinate units.

(3) Finance Department

Responsible for drafting the financial and accounting rules and regulations of the bureau and its subordinate units and supervising their implementation; To undertake the relevant work of state-owned assets management in administrative institutions of provincial organs according to regulations; Responsible for the allocation, allocation, renewal and scrapping of official vehicles of provincial organs.

(4) Real Estate Management Office

To undertake real estate management related work of provincial organs; Participate in the housing system reform of provincial organs.

(5) Provincial Unified Construction Office

Responsible for the unified construction of office buildings in provincial units, scientific planning and site selection, construction project audit and centralized and unified construction.

(6) Provincial Energy Conservation Office (Office of Greening Committee of Provincial Organs)

To undertake the energy-saving management of provincial organs; To guide the statistics, monitoring and evaluation of energy consumption of provincial public institutions; To undertake the daily management of the office of the Greening Committee of the provincial organ.

(7) Policy Guidance Office

Responsible for the policy research and guidance of government affairs; To guide the logistics management and service work of provincial organs, and coordinate and solve relevant problems in the logistics work of organs; To undertake the management and coordination of the organization of the people's governments of cities and prefectures in the province, formulate relevant rules and regulations and organize their implementation.

(8) Service Office

Responsible for the life service of designated deputy provincial cadres and related retired cadres; Responsible for living services and property management in the residential areas of retired cadres such as Chagang and Zhangjiawan; Responsible for collecting old comrades' opinions on life, reflecting them to the provincial party committee and government, and coordinating with relevant parties.

The Party Committee of the organ is responsible for the Party-mass work of the Bureau and its directly affiliated units. Set up the office of the Party Committee of the organ to undertake the daily work of the Party Committee of the organ.

Discipline inspection and supervision institutions shall be set up in accordance with relevant regulations.

The office of retired cadres shall be responsible for the work of retired cadres in the bureau and guide the work of retired cadres in directly affiliated units.
