Reasons for the high and low property fees

Property fees have little to do with house prices, but are related to the service content of the property. If the service standard is high, the property fee will naturally be high. For example, people in other communities regularly clean twice a day. Do you do it three or four times a day? Other communities have 20 security guards in two shifts, and you have 30 security guards in three shifts. Didn't the cost go up again? The security guards in other communities are retired uncles in their forties and fifties. The security guards here are all teenagers, and they are rationed by regular security companies. Isn't that expensive?
