1, floor heating will not be cleaned for a long time.

The maintenance of floor heating equipment is not timely, and the floor heating is not hot because it is not in place. In the floor heating system, dirt will be produced on the inner wall of the ground heat pipe. According to scientific calculation, by depositing 1- 1.5 mm thick scale and clay to prevent heat dissipation, the indoor temperature is reduced by 4-8 degrees, which is more serious in areas with poor water quality. In addition, the floor heating system mainly adopts specially designed pipeline loop floor heating plug, as long as the floor heating is cleaned.

2. Insufficient pipeline pressure

Some residents' floors are too high or the heating in the community is not finished, and the pipeline pressure is not enough, which leads to unsatisfactory heating. If the pressure difference is not what we expected, then the flow rate of water will decrease directly. This situation will lead to insufficient hot water in the pipeline. Because the water supply is insufficient, the heating will naturally not be hot.

3. The filter is blocked

There is a filter on the upper rod of the water separator, which plays the role of filtering impurities. Because there are too many impurities in incoming water, the filter screen is generally blocked seriously, which leads to the decrease of water flow, and there is no flow in geothermal pipeline, so geothermal water is naturally not hot.

4. There is air in the geothermal pipeline.

Some reasons are that there is air in the geothermal pipeline that hinders the water circulation. Generally, the water separator will have an exhaust valve to exhaust air. Newly used and installed geothermal water must be exhausted. See if there is air blockage in the pipeline, that is, air enters the pipeline and water does not flow. At this time, the backwater valve should be closed, and then the exhaust valve on the backwater should be opened. Each valve on the air inlet should be closed first, and then the air outlet should be kept open.
