2, EIA for the record. I. Environmental Protection Approval Process
1. The police of food and beverage outlets shall provide a plan of the location of food and beverage outlets, and mark the surrounding environment and the use nature of adjacent buildings, and the competent bureau will send personnel to conduct on-site inspection.
2. After passing the inspection, the competent environmental protection bureau shall sign "Agree to start business" in the column of "Opinions of relevant departments" in the application for industrial and commercial registration, and affix the official seal. Restaurants applying for industrial and commercial registration shall receive it from the industrial and commercial bureau of the place of registration with the Notice of Pre-examination of Enterprise Name.
Two, food and beverage outlets to apply for environmental approval to submit the approval materials:
1. Application Report for Environmental Protection Approval. The contents include the project name, business and contact telephone number, business location, business content, business area, main business facilities, fuel use, lampblack, sewage and garbage treatment, and discharge destination.
2. Proof materials on the use of legal business premises. Mainly a copy of the property right certificate, lease agreement or functional zoning map of the development and construction unit.
3. Materials for soliciting opinions. The owner must obtain the written consent of the residents upstairs in the kitchen and the owners of the buildings around the oil drainage pipe outlet 10 meter, as well as the written consent materials of their neighborhood committees, property management committees or owners' committees.

5. The environmental protection department shall submit the environmental impact report, report form or registration form after on-site inspection according to the scale and site of the enterprise.
Three. The following application materials shall be submitted for the examination and approval of environmental protection:
1. Original application report (opinion of town, street or competent department); 2. A copy of the lease agreement;
2. Copy of land certificate and real estate license;
3. Notice of approval of industrial and commercial name;
4. Construction project environmental impact registration form.
After the application materials are complete, the Environmental Protection Bureau will publicize the environmental protection of the construction project for 7 working days. If there is no objection during the publicity period, the Environmental Protection Bureau will issue environmental protection approval opinions within 2 working days.
