Poly Spark Class should learn property-related knowledge.

Poly Group will hold the fourth "Poly Spark Class" to help poor families in six designated counties (Ludian County, Qiaojia County, Hequ County, Wutai County, Xincheng County, Guangxi, and Harqin Banner, Inner Mongolia) to help them get rid of poverty by means of "training+employment", and plans to recruit 80 children from poor families.

Through the "4+2" training practice (that is, 4 months on-campus skills training and 2 months on-the-job internship), after meeting the employment requirements of enterprises through assessment and appraisal, I entered Poly Property Development Co., Ltd. to achieve the precise poverty alleviation goal of "one job, one industry and one poverty alleviation".

On the Policy Advantage of Spark Class

(1) The training period is short. After 4 months of training in school, I was assigned to Poly Property for 2 months of paid internship, and officially joined the company after passing the examination.

(2) Closed teaching management. The teaching mode of "totally enclosed+semi-militarized training" is adopted. Do exercises every morning and make unified arrangements for self-study at night. You need to ask for leave when you go out, and you will be dismissed when you return to school. Military training courses will be arranged during the training.

(3) All-inclusive training fees. All the medical examination fees, tuition fees, accommodation fees, heating fees, meals, school supplies and daily necessities purchase fees, qualification certificate verification fees, military training clothing fees and student insurance fees of "Poly Spark Class" students shall be borne by Poly Property.
