Departmental setup of Nanhui Industrial Park in Shanghai

Nanhui Industrial Park established a development company-Shanghai Nanhui Industrial Park Investment and Development Co., Ltd. at the same time as the management committee was established. This company is directly under the former Nanhui District Government and is fully responsible for the development and construction of the industrial park. The management committee of the park and the head office implement the operation mode of "two brands and one team". The management committee is responsible for decision-making, functional management and service. The investment and development company is the leading company in the development and construction of the park, responsible for the development of the park's infrastructure, and its main functions are attracting investment, municipal construction, real estate development and property management.

There are 9 first-level institutions under the CMC, including Party and Government Office, Demolition and Resettlement Office, Economic Management Office, Investment Service Center, Industrial Development Center, Investment Service Center, Enterprise Service Center, Planning and Construction Service Center and Financial Management Center. There are three secondary institutions, namely, the Letters and Calls Office, the Legislative Affairs Office and the Office of the Work Safety Committee. There are seven subsidiaries directly under the park, including Shanghai Fucheng Private Economic Zone Investment and Development Co., Ltd., Nanhui Industrial Park Demolition Co., Ltd., Shanghai Nansha Advertising Co., Ltd., Shanghai Lianggang Investment and Development Co., Ltd., Shanghai Nanyuan Property Development Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Nansha Cleaning Service Co., Ltd.
