The demolition and reconstruction project of old villages in Henan community has been included in the key projects of the district committee and government and the key promotion projects of Qingdao municipal government. The scope of this demolition and reconstruction is: Jiushui Road in the north, Haier overpass in the south, Wannianquan Road in the west and Jinyequan Road in the east. The total investment of demolition and renovation is about 8 billion yuan, with a total area of about 630,000 square meters, and the planned total construction area is 6,543,800 square meters, involving three communities: Henan, Nanzhuang and Jiushui Garden. There are 2638 households with about 200 outlets. Building area133,000 square meters; There are 0/80 outlets/kloc, with a building area of 39,000 square meters. It is the largest and most extensive "two reforms" project in Licang District.

According to the planning calculation, after the project is implemented, the plot will be built into a residential area of10.5 million households with 45,000 people. It is a high-grade modern commercial and residential area with complete functions and beautiful environment.
