Property companies are only civil subjects, not national law enforcement agencies, and have no law enforcement qualifications. If the property company thinks that the owner has violated the rules, it only has the right to suggest the owner to dismantle it by himself or report it to the competent department of city planning administration, but has no power to forcibly dismantle it.

However, from another perspective, the property management company is the manager and service provider of all the properties in the community. If your brand affects the interests of all owners or some other owners (for example, affecting the beauty, ventilation or lighting of other houses), the property management company has the right to coordinate and safeguard the public interests. If they fail to negotiate many times, it is wrong to demolish them, but I suggest you communicate with them effectively. After all, as long as the property management company does not dismiss, you will have a bad relationship with them.

If you insist on pursuing the case, I suggest you complain to the Property Department of the Real Estate Bureau, which specializes in managing property companies.
