Rule three. Enterprises may not implement the provisions of Articles 36 and 38 of the Labor Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) due to their production characteristics, and may implement other working and rest methods such as flexible working hours system or comprehensive working hours system.

Article 6? For the employees who implement other working and rest methods such as irregular working hours system and comprehensive working hours system, the enterprise shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions in Chapters I and IV of the Labor Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), and on the basis of ensuring the health of employees and fully listening to their opinions, adopt appropriate methods such as centralized work, centralized rest, rotation and flexible working hours to ensure the employees' right to rest and the completion of production tasks.

Article 7? Enterprises directly under the central government shall implement flexible working hours, comprehensive working hours and other working and rest methods, which shall be audited by the competent department of industry in the State Council and reported to the labor administrative department in the State Council for approval.
