The property right certificate of the fourth phase of Ronghe Shanshui Greentown in Nanning, Guangxi is handled in Nanning Housing Management Bureau, and the address is No.37, Yuanhu North Road.

I. According to the Measures for Housing Registration:

Article 4

Housing registration shall be handled by the housing registration agency where the house is located.

Article 13
