He is at the construction site all the time during the day, directing the construction production on the spot, solving the problems on the spot in time, and never leaving the problems of the day until tomorrow. Due to the tight construction period, the project department has been fully affirmed by the owner many times since it started construction in April. Because I am immersed in the scene during the day, I command the scene while measuring and solve the difficulties encountered at the scene in time. Therefore, some technical solutions and measures must be completed at night, and he often leads the engineers and technicians of the project department to work overtime until late at night. As the deputy director of the engineering department and the chief technical officer, I led all the engineering and technical personnel of the project department to seriously implement the technical regulations and requirements of the superiors. The technical work was careful and meticulous, and there were no technical errors. The information in the industry is complete, neat and orderly, the construction technology management is orderly, and the project quality is strictly controlled.
