Notice of termination of lease contract

1. As of the date of this circular, the unscheduled house lease relationship between you and me is terminated. Please move out of Room 8 13, Zhongshan Middle Road, XX District within 7 days after receiving this written notice (before July 15 at the latest).

2. If you don't move out of Room 8 13, Zhongshan Middle Road, XX District within the above time limit, I will solve it through necessary legal channels and have the right to ask you to bear the corresponding losses.

I hereby inform you. This notice is in duplicate, one for you by express delivery and the other for me, with the same content.

I am the property owner XXX (name of the property owner) of Haige International Apartment, Xuanwai Street, Xuanwu District, Beijing (see the attached table for the specific room number and property owner). On XX, XX, 2XXX (the signing date), I signed the Entrusted Lease Operation Contract of Haig International Apartment with Haig Property Company and Dahua Real Estate Company, and leased the house of Haig International Apartment to Haig Property Company.
