4. Formulate and improve the system and measures for maintaining public order, define the management responsibilities of the department for maintaining public order, and organize the implementation, inspection and implementation.

5. Implement the principle of "who is in charge, who is responsible" in safety work, assist all departments, and incorporate the requirements of safety work into the post responsibility system of each work.

6. According to the actual needs of management or the requirements of company leaders, instruct managers to make their own phased work plans and detailed rules for implementation, and regularly check and urge subordinates to earnestly implement the responsibilities of each post to ensure that public places within the property maintain good public order.

7. According to the working principle of "abiding by rules and regulations according to law", around the maintenance of project safety order (including public security, fire fighting, road traffic order maintenance and emergency treatment), carry out safety legal education and safety production centered on "ten precautions" (fire prevention, theft prevention, robbery prevention, fraud prevention, virus prevention, chaos prevention, collapse prevention, damage prevention, leakage prevention and accident prevention).
