The establishment of Dalian residential area completion comprehensive acceptance office (hereinafter referred to as the comprehensive acceptance office). (five) the responsibility book for the transfer of construction project completion files;
(six) fire acceptance permit;
(seven) environmental protection acceptance certificate;
(eight) other documents stipulated by laws, regulations and rules. Article 8 The municipal comprehensive acceptance office shall, within 30 days from the date of receiving the application for comprehensive acceptance, conduct comprehensive acceptance of the quality of single residential projects, roads, drainage, street lamps, landscaping, fire protection, sanitation and epidemic prevention, environmental sanitation, tap water, gas, electricity, preparatory work for property management, schools, kindergartens and houses used by neighborhood committees in the community.
