Cable broadband detailed installation process, thank you!

There are two kinds of cable broadband, one is through telephone line (also known as ADSL, which needs to pick up the cat, and the general telecom operator will provide direct door-to-door service) or network line (generally the residential property is responsible, and there is no need to pick up the cat), and the other is through cable TV line to access the Internet, also known as wired communication. This initial installation is also a door-to-door service, and it requires a cat provided by the operator.

If you need to install a router, please follow the following settings:

1. Find the reset hole first. After turning on the power supply, find the needle and press it for about 15 seconds to restore the factory status.

2. Connect the network cable and plug the other end of the broadband cat network cable into the WAN port.

3. Plug another network cable into any port and connect the other end to the computer network port.

4. Open IE browser and enter 192. 168. 1 (usually found on the back of the router or in the manual, sometimes it is192.168.0.1according to the manual, which varies from manufacturer to manufacturer.

5. A dialog box appears, and you can enter your user name and password (usually admin, the name and password are the same).

6. Follow the setup wizard step by step and enter the broadband user name and password as required.
