The national outstanding urban property management residential quarters are reviewed every few years.

Appraisal of National Excellent Residential Quarters/Buildings/Industrial Zones in Property Management: organized by the Ministry of Construction once a year, with a full score of 90 (100). The residential quarters, buildings and industrial zones participating in the appraisal are recommended and qualified by provincial party committees or property management departments (90 points), and can be awarded the honorary title of "National Excellent Residential Quarters/Buildings/Industrial Zones in Urban Property Management" issued by the Ministry of Construction (if the total evaluation score is above 95 points, they can be awarded "National Excellent Residential Quarters/Buildings/Industrial Zones" after reaching the standard, and the Ministry of Construction will review it once every two years. After passing the evaluation, it can continue to maintain the title of "National Excellent".

4. 1.2 "Appraisal of Excellent Residential Quarters/Buildings/Industrial Zones in Provincial Property Management": it is the appraisal of excellent residential quarters/buildings/industrial zones in the province organized by the Provincial Construction Committee every year. The assessment standard score is generally 85 points, and the residential areas/buildings/industrial areas participating in the survey are recommended by the cities in the province. Through research, it can be awarded the title of "Excellent Community/Building/Industrial Zone in Urban Property Management" at the provincial level. After reaching the standard, the provincial construction committees will review it once every two years, and those who pass can continue to maintain the title of "provincial excellent".

4. 1.3 "Appraisal of outstanding residential quarters/buildings/industrial zones in municipal property management": it is a citywide appraisal of outstanding residential quarters/buildings/industrial zones held by major cities in China every year. The participating communities/buildings/industrial zones can be awarded the honorary title of "Excellent Community/Building/Industrial Zone in Property Management" at the municipal level after reaching the standard.

4. 1.4 "district-level excellent residential district/building/industrial district appraisal": it is a district-level excellent residential district/building/industrial district appraisal organized by major residential management departments in major cities. The participating communities/buildings/industrial zones can be awarded the honorary title of "Excellent Community/Building/Industrial Zone in Property Management" at the district level after reaching the standard.
