In order to create this atmosphere, native tree species similar to Tuscany are adopted in the design, which imitates Tuscany's unique natural planting collocation and better expresses Tuscany's charm. As a natural stream landscape in the valley, the central water system is planted with trees, shrubs, grasses and aquatic plants, which enriches the elevation level, increases the depth of field and shows a distant artistic conception.
Sega Guangzhi Valley adopts the way of separating people and vehicles, organizes traffic by circular roads in main residential areas, and integrates the entrance of ground houses, effectively reducing the road area and organizing traffic more efficiently. Full underground parking is set in residential areas with high ground quality, and local parking is set in locations with slightly lower quality on the north and south sides. The combination of ground parking and green planting makes the impact of ground parking on residential areas the lowest. The central green space is the main pedestrian area. Through the three-dimensional traffic of local roads in the community, the entrance of the community can directly enter the green walking system of the community, effectively realizing the diversion of people and vehicles. In terms of apartment type, the apartment type design seeks a balance between saving land and creating a high-quality living environment, so that the apartment type can achieve the best possible under the condition of saving land. Therefore, 1 staircase is the main type of apartment, with two connected households in the north and south, supplemented by 1 staircase. The concentrated green space and landscape are partially enlarged to the end of the dominant area, becoming a high-quality area. In the design of 1 elevator, there are also different apartment types with different areas, which forms the product grade difference and provides customers with more choices. In terms of commercial layout, the commercial layout will be carried out along Planning Road and Paradise Street, with the bottom business as the main business and the corner where the two roads meet as an independent commercial layout. Maximize commercial value, and at the same time organically integrate commercial buildings with urban green space to create a high-quality shopping environment.
