Chongqing Tianjiang Dingcheng is Longsheng Community Neighborhood Committee. The vote counting of the first owners' meeting of Tianjiang Dingcheng was successfully completed on May 6, 2022 17. The voting and counting work of this conference was organized by the community owners' committee, supervised and guided by Long Ta Sub-district Office and Long Ta Community Neighborhood Committee, and witnessed by the community owners. According to the relevant regulations, at this owners' meeting, more than two-thirds of the owners in the exclusive area and more than two-thirds of the owners voted on the following six issues: 1. Disagree to continue to employ the existing Chongqing Jinke Tianjiang real estate (including this contract); 2. Agree to renew the employment of the property in accordance with the Selection Scheme for Property Service Enterprises in Tianjiang Dingcheng Community of Long Ta Street; 3. Agree with the annual budget of the industry committee; 4. Agree to the safe centralized charging place of the battery car; 5. Agree to make the community public. 6. Agree to add two alternate members to the rules of procedure, and report the transportation expenses arising from the work of the committee. According to statistics, the above six questions were all passed by more than half of the owners who voted and more than half of the owners who voted.
