During my internship, I practiced facilities management, affairs management and safety management in turn. During the internship, under the enthusiastic guidance of the instructor of the management office, I actively participated in the related work of property management, paid attention to comparing the theoretical knowledge of property management learned from books with the actual work, deepened my understanding of the actual work with theoretical knowledge, verified the learned property management theory with practice, and explored the nature and laws of property management work. The short internship life is tense, novel and rewarding. Through practice, I have a profound perceptual and rational understanding of property management.

Meijia Property Management Co., Ltd., my internship, belongs to Hong Kong Coastal Green Home Group. At present, the company has nearly 1500 employees, and has property management projects in large and medium-sized cities such as Shenzhen, Xiamen, Fuzhou, Shanghai, Wuhan, Anshan, Beijing, Dalian and Changsha. The management area is about 3 million square meters, and the management projects include large residential areas, high-rise commercial and residential buildings, shopping malls, apartments, villas, hotels, universities and other properties. Baiwei Garden is one of the property management projects under its jurisdiction. Baiwei Garden consists of two towers with a height of 19. The living area is about 29,000 square meters, with 270 households and a population of nearly 1,000. The management office has 26 employees, including 6 managers.

Looking back on my internship, I was deeply touched and gained a lot. During my internship, I learned more about the property management work of Baiwei Garden Management Office by watching and asking questions, and analyzed the characteristics, methods and operating procedures of the property management work carried out by the management office. At the same time, I have a preliminary understanding of the facility management, transaction management and safety management of the management office.
