3. Preliminary qualification examination

4. Written test confirmation

(5) Interview

The specific time and place of the interview are determined according to the actual situation, and those who pass the qualification examination will enter the interview. The interview is conducted in a structured way, with a full score of 100 and an interview time of 15 minutes for each candidate. The score of qualified interview is 60 points, and the interview results will be announced on the spot. Candidates who fail the interview will not enter the stage of physical examination and organization inspection.

The comprehensive score of the exam consists of written test and interview results in a ratio of 4:6, and the score is rounded to two decimal places.

(6) Physical examination

Physical examination personnel shall be determined in the order of the number of persons to be employed in the selected position and the comprehensive test score 1: 1. If the comprehensive test scores have the same score, they shall be sorted according to the priority conditions specified in the position table; Conditions unchanged, according to the interview results. If you still can't sort according to the interview results, you can sort according to the subjective questions in the written test, and those with high scores will enter the physical examination. (7) Investigation

The inspection team inspected the qualified candidates with reference to the Detailed Rules for the Inspection of Open Recruiters in Institutions of Guangdong Province (Trial). The investigation forms include file review and writing to the unit or school where the candidates are located for investigation. The purpose of the inspection is to understand the candidates' ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability, work performance, family planning and other aspects, to verify whether they are qualified for the examination, and to put forward and issue inspection opinions on whether they are qualified. Those who fail to pass the inspection will be replenished among those who have the qualifications of candidates.

Six, epidemic prevention and control requirements
