First of all, be patient. All kinds of people have to deal with each other, no matter whether they are good-tempered or bad-tempered, they should be patient in their master's work. This is the minimum. Property personnel serve the owners, and a good service attitude is essential. Only in this way can they win the respect of the owners.
Third, we should be able to understand each other and put ourselves in others' shoes. Sometimes when the host is angry for some reason, it is difficult to do the work. To understand the reason why the host is angry, don't always think about how you should complete the task of leadership. There may be some inappropriate working methods, which lead to misunderstanding with the owner. Think of yourself as the master. If it were you, would you be as angry as the host?
Then there is what I just said, pay attention to the method. Once the contradiction begins to intensify, we should pay attention to admit our mistakes in time (even if we are not wrong) to avoid further intensification of the contradiction and ensure that the problem can be solved. Once the contradiction is established, it will be much more difficult to convince the owners.
Usually pay more attention to the communication with the owners, not when there is a problem, but the process of building trust with each other. A simple example: Yesterday, my socket was broken, so I asked the property manager to repair it. I didn't get home in time at the appointed time. When I got home, the property manager patiently waited for me downstairs, which made me very moved. Therefore, it is a good communication opportunity to pay attention to small things at ordinary times.
The property problems in our community are also very serious, such as not paying property fees. Every time the staff comes, they try their best to make us pay the property fee. I also understand that it is not easy for them, there are problems, and there is no reason for us, but in order to complete the task of leadership, the staff have to find the owner to persuade again and again. Everyone is embarrassed, and this is actually understandable. The key is to see how you handle the relationship between leaders and owners. After all, ordinary staff are embarrassed in the middle. Each has its own reasons. If you don't finish the work, the leader will criticize you and find the owner. No one will talk to you. The key is to see if you can make more efforts to help leaders and owners find a good solution to the problem, instead of just finishing the work, which will be very difficult.
