Zijun Temple in Sima Qian's Tomb

From the west of Sima Ancient Road, visitors set foot on the steps of climbing the temple tomb, and after ninety-nine steps, they reached the mountain gate. Between the steps of the mountain, a wooden archway reads "Mountain Rising" and a brick archway reads "Day of Rivers and Mountains". Looking back at the mountain gate, the Yellow River flows at the foot, Liangshan pillow tomb, mountains and rivers embrace each other, picturesque Sichuan tableland. Historiography has been passed down through the ages, and Shenwei Town has a peak. There are towering cypresses in the ancestral hall and many stone tablets in the temple. The most famous inscriptions are Chu Suiliang's Dream Monument and Guo Moruo's poems. Guo Moruo's five-rhythm poem is magnificent and sincere: "There is a graceful dragon in Longmen and a dragon in Yu Zhong. Unprecedented academic training and outstanding articles. Compassion is like an axe, and exhalation is like a neon. If you pursue your father, you will be a great historian. " Zhengshi rubbings have become a must-have for tourists. There is a tomb of Sima Qian behind the bedroom in the temple. The circular tomb is wrapped in blue bricks and embedded with eight diagrams brick carvings. There is a thousand-year-old cypress at the top of the tomb, which holds up the sky like a giant palm and stays forever between heaven and earth like Taishi Gong's ambition. Hancheng city also moved the Dayu Temple, Sansheng Temple and Hedong Monument, which were made in the Song Dynasty, to this place, expanding the ancient architectural scale of Sima Qian's ancestral grave. At the same time, to commemorate the Eighth Route Army's eastward crossing of the Yellow River, the "Eighth Route Army's eastward crossing of the Yellow River Anti-Japanese Monument" also added bright colors to it.
