3. The Decoration Engineering Application Form and the construction materials shall be submitted to the engineering department personnel of the management office for examination and approval, and then approved by the decoration director of the management office.

5. Decoration management service fee and deposit: the management service fee shall be paid by the construction unit to the management office according to the 2 yuan per square meter; The deposit shall be paid by the construction unit to the management office according to the standard of per square meter 10 yuan (the deposit can be refunded in full after three months of decoration acceptance, and there are no problems left over from the project);

Third, the decoration construction management

1, the owner or the decoration construction team must accept the supervision and management of the decoration project by the management office;

2. Construction time: 30 days for small and medium-sized projects and 60 days for large-scale projects. If it is necessary to postpone, it is necessary to go through the extension formalities and pay the decoration management service fee according to 5 yuan/day; Daily construction time: 8 am?
