Xining Economic and Technological Development Zone Biotechnology Industrial Park was established in April 2002 with the approval of the people's government. The regional planning area is 4.03 square kilometers. It is located in the north of Xining, bordering Beichuan River in the east and Judas Mountain in the west. It is 6 kilometers away from the city center, 4 kilometers away from Xining Railway North Station and 20 kilometers away from Xining Airport. Zhang Ning Highway (National Highway 227) and Urban Expressway (Hu Hai Road) pass through the east and west sides of the park, and the traffic is very convenient. The park has superior geographical location, open terrain, good vegetation conditions and fresh air, which is suitable for clean production of biotechnology, Chinese and Tibetan medicines and green health food processing enterprises.

Ganhe Industrial Park in Xining Economic Development Zone was established with the approval of the provincial government in July 2002. Located in lushaer town, Huangzhong County, Xining City, the dry river runs through the whole territory from south to north, 35 kilometers away from downtown Xining and 6 kilometers away from Huangzhong County, with a planned area of 10 square kilometers.

36 kilometers of roads in the park have been completed and opened to traffic. The railway transportation capacity reaches120,000 tons and the power supply capacity reaches 960 KVA. The construction of basic supporting facilities such as water supply, drainage and flood control in the park has been fully started. Relying on the advantages of mineral resources, electric power resources and natural gas resources in Qinghai, the park has vigorously developed circular economy, accelerated the development of non-ferrous metal processing and natural gas chemical industry, and initially formed a material industry cluster mainly based on non-ferrous metal smelting and processing. Xining Economic and Technological Development Zone Dongchuan Industrial Park, Xining Economic and Technological Development Zone, with a total planned area of 12.79 square kilometers. East from Xiaoxiakou, west to Qinghai Institute for Nationalities, north to Huangshui, south to the foot of Nanshan. Located in the east of Xining, the capital of Qinghai Province, it is 4 kilometers away from the railway station and freight station, 2 kilometers away from Xining Airport/KLOC-0 and 8 kilometers away from the city center. Surrounded by highways, railways and urban trunk roads, the park has obvious location advantages. With flat terrain, vast area and beautiful environment, this area is one of the areas with great development potential and huge business opportunities on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.

Roads with a total length of 17 km and supporting facilities such as water supply, drainage, power supply and gas supply have been built in the park, basically achieving seven connections and one leveling. The area has also built an exhibition center of 25,000 square meters, a central business plaza of 53,000 square meters, a small and medium-sized enterprise pioneer park of 70,000 square meters, a farmer resettlement village of 30,000 square meters and some supporting commercial, office and real estate projects. Established a one-stop office, one-stop service of government and business service center. Project admission approval, land approval procedures, construction procedures, industrial and commercial registration, tax registration, preferential policies, technological transformation, new products and technologies are all handled in one stop at the park management committee, and enterprises that are allowed to enter the park are also provided with agency services such as taxation, land, construction, greening, fire protection, civil air defense, train tickets, air tickets and consignment of goods. Nanchuan Industrial Park in Xining Economic and Technological Development Zone was established on February, 2008 14. In the park, roads, water supply and drainage, power supply, natural gas and other basic supporting facilities are built in the west of Nanchuan River 1 km2 and from Fengqing Bridge to Gardener Bridge. Qinghai Sesshū Tōyō Sanrong Group, Qinghai Tibetan Sheep Group, Qinghai Jianian Wool Industry Co., Ltd., Qinghai Wool Industry Group, Qinghai Meiya Ecological Development Co., Ltd., Qinghai Sheng Yuan Woven Carpet Co., Ltd., Qinghai Wool Production Base, Qinghai Yutai Animal Products Processing Base and Qinghai Tibetan Cattle Wool Carding Base have settled in, and most enterprises have been completed and put into production. It is estimated that the industrial output value will reach 4 billion yuan after all products are put into production. Qinghai wool trading center completed. The aluminum processing park, mechanical processing park and new material processing park in the park are under planning.
