Relationship between Hengkang Real Estate and Jinbi Real Estate

On the evening of September 13, Evergrande Automobile announced that on September 1 1, two indirect subsidiaries of the company, Hengze and Jialize Tourism, respectively signed the Evergrande Hengkang Share Transfer Agreement and Jialize Share Transfer Agreement with jinbi property, with a total selling price of about 47.54 million yuan.

Previously, Guangzhou Hengze was a wholly-owned subsidiary of Evergrande, and Jialize Tourism was an indirect subsidiary of Evergrande holding 80% of the shares, and did not operate any business before 20 19.

After the sale, Evergrande Hengkang and Jialize Real Estate became indirect subsidiaries of China Evergrande respectively. Evergrande Automobile said that it will concentrate resources on developing the vehicle manufacturing business, fully promote the research and development of Hengchi products, and fully cover the new energy vehicle market.
