According to the person in charge of the project, the 4-to 5-room apartment of 240-306 square meters was launched this time, and the average blank price was about 900-120,000 yuan.

It is worth noting that R&F Mangrove Bay "33 Tree Villa" is a Sino-Canadian cooperation project and a demonstration project of the Forestry Department of British Columbia in China. Mr. Ai Weidun, Consul General of Canada in Guangzhou, who attended the meeting, fully affirmed and appreciated the construction of the project after inspecting the R&F mangrove forest in Hainan. He pointed out that the "33 Tree Villa" project well demonstrated the green concept and architectural essence of Canadian wooden houses in Hainan, and said that Canada is eager to broaden its future cooperation with China.

It is understood that all wooden houses use Chinese fir logs imported from Canada. This kind of wood is the highest grade anticorrosive wood in North America, which can maintain excellent stability without artificial anticorrosion and pressure treatment, and has long service life and is not easy to deform.

The reporter learned that Canada owns 10% of the world's forests and is one of the major exporters of wood and its products.

In addition, the R&F Mangrove Bay Project has 2,200 mu of mangrove wetlands which are rare in the world, all of which are built by water. It is the only hydrophilic wooden house built on the edge of mangrove forest in the world.
