Provisions on the administration of temporary electricity consumption in residential areas

These Regulations are formulated in order to strengthen the management of electricity consumption for temporary construction of building renovation and owner's decoration projects, ensure the safety of power lines and the safe operation of electrical facilities and equipment in residential areas, and maintain the normal working order and living order of residents in residential areas.

1. The electricity consumption of the construction electrical equipment and tools used by the property management company for major building renovation projects must be within the allowable range that does not affect the normal operation of the community and the power supply load of the community.

2. Temporary electricity use must meet the requirements of fire control and safe electricity use.

3. The name, quantity and specifications of electric tools used by users in house decoration must be stated in the decoration registration form, and the property management company should send professionals to check and verify the electric tools.

4. Units and individuals entering residential construction must use electrical equipment, tools, power cords and other equipment, and must comply with the relevant national product quality regulations and safety requirements, install leakage protection switches, equip branch switch boxes and install electric meters, have qualified plugs and sockets for electric tools and temporary lighting lines, and connect them at places designated by professionals of property management companies. It is forbidden to pull and connect wires indiscriminately.

5. The electric equipment and tools used by the temporary construction personnel entering the residential area must be used within the time specified by the property management company, and are forbidden to be used at other times to prevent all kinds of noise from affecting the normal rest of residents and neighbors.

6, engineering professionals have the right to check illegal workers and electrical equipment and tools, have the right to stop illegal use of electrical equipment and tools. Those who do not listen to dissuasion should immediately report to the property management company and stop the construction.

7. This regulation and the Decoration Management Regulations shall be implemented at the same time and complement each other.
