JD.COM Expressway is located in Jingzhou City, Hubei Province, starting from the toll station on the south bank of Jingzhou Yangtze River Highway Bridge, passing through Mashi, Huangjinkou, Jiazhuyuan and Shizikou, ending at Dongyue Temple and connecting with 207 national highway, with a total length of 58.403 kilometers. JD.COM Expressway refers to Jingzhou-Dongyuemiao Expressway, which is a section from G55 to Erguang Expressway. The line is located in Jingzhou City, crossing the Jingjiang flood diversion area for 33.745 kilometers, and three extra-large bridges have been built.

JD.COM Expressway adopts the construction standard of two-way four-lane expressway, with the calculated speed of 100km/h, bridge and culvert load (over 20 cars and trailers-120), subgrade bridge width of 26 meters, and total investment of 248,543.8 billion yuan. It was completed and opened to traffic in June 2006. At present, there are 2 separation interchanges, 2 interchange interchanges, 3 toll stations and service area 1.

After the completion of JD.COM Expressway, it will be integrated with Xiang (Fan) Jing (Men) Expressway, Yi (Chang) Huang (Shi) Expressway and 3 18 National Highway, connecting Henan, Hubei and Hunan provinces, crossing the hinterland of the Central Plains, and connecting North China, Northwest China and southern coastal areas, realizing the complementary advantages of resources and technology in the central and western regions, promoting information exchange and further improving the routes.
