Is it legal for the property to let the lawyer call to urge the fee?

The parties should actively deal with the lawyer's letter asking for the payment of property fees to avoid unnecessary disputes. The parties concerned should contact the property as soon as possible to pay the unpaid property fees. If the amount and interest of the property fee in the lawyer's letter are inconsistent with the original facts, the parties shall actively inform the other lawyer and provide corresponding evidence for the lawyer to verify and handle. If the parties are temporarily unable to pay the unpaid property fees in one lump sum, they can take the initiative to negotiate with the property to repay by installments or delay the repayment period, so as to avoid the prosecution of the other party and increase the burden on the parties themselves. The reminder of lawyer's letter plays the role of informing the parties to fulfill their obligations, but it is not enforceable. At the same time, receiving a letter from a lawyer does not mean being sued.
