The dormitory conditions are like this

The girls' building is divided into two AB buildings, Block A has 6-8 people, bunk beds, and each room has its own bathroom.

Zone b stands for going to bed and leaving the table. There is no bathroom in each room, only one floor is shared.

You have to bring your own network cable, but you have a network port. Student 10 yuan/month, with high cost performance.

There is no air conditioner, only a fan.

There's a phone.

Depending on which building you are assigned to, they are all good, each with its own advantages.

Accommodation is 900 yuan/year.

PS, there is no quadruple room.
