Among them, property development and sales are the main profit sources of the Group, contributing HK$ 654.38+40 million to classified profits, mainly from property sales in China, Shanghai and Macao Special Administrative Regions.

Property investment is listed as the second largest profit contributor of the Group, resulting in classified profit of HK$ 654.38+290 million, which comes from the recurring rental and management fee income of the Group's investment properties in Shanghai, but part of the income is offset by unrealized losses caused by changes in the fair value of these investment properties after revaluation at the end of the year.
