Can the property management major take the second-class builder's certificate?

The regulations on registration conditions are slightly different in different places, which reflects different easing policies. Candidates should be based on the local examination registration notice of the year. Take Beijing as an example:

1) Take the general exam:

Anyone who abides by the law and meets one of the following conditions can sign up for all subjects of the second-level constructor examination:

Have a technical secondary school degree or above in engineering or engineering economics, and have been engaged in construction and management of construction projects for two years;

Have a technical secondary school degree or above in other majors, and have been engaged in the construction management of construction projects for 5 years;

Engaged in construction and management of construction projects 15 years.

2) Exempt from 1 account:

Meet the relevant registration conditions, obtain the second-level project manager certificate of construction enterprises issued by the Ministry of Construction, and meet one of the following conditions, you can take the examination of construction management subjects without trial.

Has obtained the qualification of intermediate and above professional and technical positions in engineering or engineering economics.

College degree or above in engineering or engineering economics, engaged in construction management of construction projects for 15 years.

3) Exempt from 2 subjects:

Meet the relevant registration conditions, obtain the first-class project manager certificate of construction enterprises issued by the Ministry of Construction, have intermediate or above technical titles or obtain the first-class project manager qualification certificate, and have been engaged in the construction management of construction projects for 15 years, and may be exempted from the subject of "Construction Management of Construction Projects" and "Construction Engineering Regulations and Related Knowledge".

Have a technical secondary school degree or above in other majors, and have been engaged in the construction management of construction projects for 5 years; Engaged in construction management for 5 years can sign up for 2 projects.
